        One of the ways that colleges measure student satisfaction is through the administration of student satisfaction surveys. Satisfaction survey programs emerged in the s (ACT, CIRP), and expanded significantly in the s and s (SSI, NSSE, Noel-Levitz). Today, survey programs remain a mainstay on most college campuses. The number of students pursuing post-secondary education continues to increase. Just like their non-disabled peers, many of these students enjoy a successful and enriching college experience. The presence of a disability, however, often means that these students encounter different challenges than their non-disabled peers.

Therefore, examining the satisfaction of former students who have disabilities is a move toward providing a more holistic view of the post-school outcome status of these young people.

Persons with disabilities have been found to be significantly less satisfied with their life than those without disabilities (Barton, ; Marinic & Brkljacic. In light of these results, the study recommends to study the attitudes of both administration and academic staff towards the inclusion of students with disabilities in Sultan Qaboos University.
